Cuvée MB56 embodies the very essence of Maison Beauchamp’s excellence. Carefully composed of 40% Pinot Noir from Janvry, 40% Chardonnay from the St Thierry Massif, and 20% Meunier from Janvry, this unique blend of grape varieties reveals a subtle balance and an incomparable aromatic complexity. Its vinification process, meticulously orchestrated between 18 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, along with malolactic fermentation, reflects the attention given to each stage of its creation. Aging in the cellar since 2013 grants this champagne exceptional depth and maturity. With a dosage of 4g/l, this Extra Brut displays a crystalline purity and vibrant freshness that will delight the most discerning palates.
